About
We are Knead & Nourish - we make homemade long fermented sourdough tortillas. We use 4 simple, real ingredients, and hand roll each tortilla. The fermentation process (about 24 hours) allows us to produce a unique and versatile tortilla (not just tacos) with an airy texture and slightly tangy flavor. We feel really good about feeding these to our family and feel passionate about sharing with our community. We have some other ideas in the works to add in the future, but for now, our focus is long fermented sourdough tortillas!
