Wave Hill Breads is an artisan micro-bakery that believes in making delicious, hand-crafted European-style artisan breads and pastries by using a traditional age-old approach that requires a three day process from mixing to baking in small batches. We pride ourselves on using locally sourced organic grains which are personally milled at our baking facility. We personally mill our grains on a daily basis to enhance the freshness, flavor and quality of the breads. We only use high quality unbleached enriched flour containing non-GMOs from King Arthur. We truly make an effort to source all products as locally as possible. Majority, of our breads ferment anywhere from 24-72 hours, always hand-shaped; therefore, no two pieces ever look identical.
All of our Breads and Baked Goods are made by hand at our bakery to ensure high quality and delicious flavor. The organic grains used in our breads are all stone ground in the bakery.
