Moonlights's Ice cream is a small batch ice cream company ran by one person, me, Tomeka. All ice cream is made from scratch and I am sure to always create something new and exciting, and wild. I noticed when moving to Tampa, it lacked diversity and I wanted to shake it up a bit and started creating different flavors for friends and family to try. Once i started getting positive feedback, I knew I had something. I cant draw, I cant Paint, but I feel like Ice cream is my blank canvas to do what ever I want to it.

My ice cream is made in a commercial kitchen and it is licensed, insured and a certified Serv Safe manager is running it.

I'm originally from Tucson Az and have lived in Tampa for a little over 7 years.I see myself as being a "wild and crazy kid" even now that I'm well into my adulthood. I started Moonlight's Ice Cream Emporium, because 1. I love ice cream 2. I treat it as my blank canvas; where I can do anything I want to it. and 3, because many say I can't.
