K-Mama

K-mamas sells kimchi, pickled radish, and Korean-style fruit preserves. Korean-style fruit preserves are used to make iced or hot drinks, rather than used as jams on bread. All the produce are locally sourced. Everything is handmade (and fermented) in small batches. Freshness and quality is key. These recipes are the brainchild of Mrs. Choi, the founder of K-mamas, and her years of authentic Korean cooking.
