Shoulder Roast

The Shoulder roast is a less expensive roast and can be enjoyed cooked in the oven or slow cooked in a Slow Cooker. Put in a slow cooker we like to say that "any cook, can look like a Great Chef". If you are afraid to cook a lamb roast this is a great one to practice on. Comes out "mouthwatering" every time.
