Arm Chops

The Arm Chops is one of the two chops that comes from the shoulder. We are the few lamb producers who identify the chop for you. This chop is also a great grilling chop, but should be marinated. It has a small round bone as it comes from the area of the shoulder where the front leg joins the shoulder. Delicious and less expensive.
