Misty Meadow Farm Creamery

Misty Meadow Farm Creamery is a family owned and operated dairy farm. We started processing our milk on the farm in January of 2012 to increase the farms income to allow our son and daughters and their families to be able to live and work on the farm. We grow crops to feed the cows and young replacement animals which are born here on the farm. We milk the cows, pasturize the milk and bottle it right here on the farm. We also make our ice cream mix and ice cream on the farm. We practice intensive rotational grazing for both our young stock and our milking herd. We utilize our own animal manure as a source of nutrients for our crops and have a nutrient management plan , a soil conservation plan, use cover crops and intergrated pest management to help control pests.
