Barb Fitzgerald has over three decades of experience in the food concession business. She additionally held a position on the Oregon Food Services Advisory Board, and founded Northwest Vendor's Network Association. She is a concessions development, management, and marketing expert and has served as consultant to many concession startups and event organizers.
