Zaatar manaeesh

Our fresh made flatbreads/pizzas are topped with what is known as a zaatar blend of thyme, sesame seed and sumac. This blend has a wonderfully earthy flavor with a tangy twist coming from the sumac.

We bake our pies/flatbreads in a portable oven that gets to temperatures of 900 degrees. Our bread is light and and a perfect compliment to our zaatar mix.

To take our manaeesh to the next level, customers have the option of adding toppings such as Lebna (a yogurt spread), olives, mint, cucumbers or tomatoes.
