Cipolla Rossa is a mobile wood-fired pizza catering company from St. Pete, Florida. We proudly serve delicious brick oven pizza, made by hand using the freshest seasonal ingredients available.
Cipolla Rossa's pizzas are created using fresh dough made from scratch (no sugar or preservatives) using natural yeast, with fresh local, sustainable, seasonal, bright ingredients. The pizzas are made to order and pack a huge flavor punch with the artisanal, robust wood flavor.
Available for on site catering for any event large or small. Bringing the mobile wood fired oven to all locations- this provides guests with a one of a kind meal and experience.

We are a family run, small business in the Saint Petersburg area. The business is ran by Josh & Jaci or Momma Rossa. They both bring their life experiences, business expertise, and heart to Cipolla Rossa. After spending many years working in the culinary industry, Josh founded Cipolla Rossa in 2014 to bring his unique blend of Neapolitan style pizza, to the greater Tampa area.
