Columbia Black Garlic was born out of the founders desire to heal from digestive issues using healthy super foods instead of medicine. After successfully using Black Garlic as a part of a healing program, it quickly became apparent that others would enjoy it and benefit from it as well.
For the last five years, we have been making black garlic in our home and selling at a few smaller markets.
We moved into a commercial facility in 2018 and are now expanding into larger markets, events, and stores.
