I began my farm on an acre in So. California with chickens and turkeys. My poultry as well as all the birds, especially hummingbirds were the inspiration for the farm name. I grow all the fruit and produce here on my farm in Oregon and use sustainable practices throughout. I bring produce and plant starts when available. I sell fermented sourdough bread and a variety of baked goods, including some gluten free and dairy free every week.
Use Only Organic Materials
I follow the same standards of practice on my small scale farm as organic farms. No sprays, no artificial inputs whatsoever.
