About
We raise Dexter beef on our ranch in Yoncalla . Our herd is closed so we only sell beef that is born & raised on our ranch . Our cattle are GRASS fed only , NO grain , just pasture grass & hay that we produce . Our cattle are USDA processed & if you order a half or whole beef ,it is custom cut just for you. We sell our beef at Umpqua Valley Farmers Market in Roseburg .

Production Practices
Our cattle are kept on pasture only , so we spend time keeping our fences in good repair & the pastures healthy . We feed hay to the cattle in the winter when the grass isn’t growing & in the summer, on 50 acres , we make hay .
