Jessica Alonzo is the founder of Native Ferments TX and has worked hard to build relationships with a number of local farmers during her time as a chef. Whole Utilization plays a big role in her approach to fermentation as it pushes her to find new and inventive ways to preserve and create new flavors using seasonal produce. Our mission is to provide sustainable, probiotic fermented foods to the public while educating people about the importance of preservation and fermentation in their daily lives.
