The Blue Strawberry? The name is simply a conversation starter. Big ideas can come from a simple conversation. Families and friends grow closer together when they take time to share and what better way than with a delicious cup of coffee!
Here at The Blue Strawberry, our mission is simple, we want to roast an excellent cup of coffee that everyone can enjoy and share. Whether you like coffee as dark as a moonless night, as light as the morning sun or anywhere in between, we got you covered!
Each batch of coffee is roasted with a specific coffee drinker in mind. We roast small custom batches every week to ensure the best quality and freshest taste.

I took over The Blue Strawberry Coffee Co at the end of 2018. The coffee shop was an icon for downtown businesses, established since 2003. For me and many other it was a place of memories and nostalgia. My hope was to keep this treasured establishment going for years to come however… As the pandemic shook the world I, like many others, was suddenly unable to run my business. I had to do something. I was not going to let The Blue Strawberry fade into nothing and be forgotten. Since we roasted our own coffee beans for the coffee shop I became quite skilled at the art of coffee roasting. I realized we could still offer or coffee to customers through our website even though the shop was closed. In the past two years since the start of the pandemic there are still not enough customers downtown to reopen the coffee shop but to keep the business alive we have fully transitioned to a coffee roaster! Blue Strawberry coffee can be found online, at farmers markets, craft shows and some retailers. I have to thank our community for all the support. Without you we would not be able to continue and grow in our new direction!
