DC Bladewerks

I have been in the professional kitchen for over 25 years and by starting DC Bladewerks I hope to marry my desire to create something more permanent than an epic meal with my love of kitchen cutlery. I specialize in high carbon blades with a sometimes modern Japanese flair for a variety of kitchen uses. I feel my quarter century of cooking professionally, even to the extent of being a James Beard Semi Finalist, along with my desire to inspire cooks of every level by giving them the finest tools I can possibly make, makes for an exceptional knife.
