We are an authentic Thai food truck bring the tastes of Thailand to local areas. Chef Prapapan has had restaurants in Thailand and the USA since since 2010.

Chef Prapapan "Hippy" Klug has cooked Thai food her entire life, being trained by her mother and grandmother in Thailand. She was further educated in Le Cordon Bleu Dusit in Bangkok, Thailand and holds certificates in Royal Thai Cuisine and French Cuisine.
She has had restaurants in Thailand and the USA since 2010. Additionally, she has worked at several Thai restaurants in the Central Florida since 2016, just recently departing Morimoto Asia in Disney Springs.
Her husband Thomas is a retired military firefighter who has worked all around the world and is currently the general manager of Gin Khao LLC.
