Goat Cheese

We produce some of the finest raw goat cheeses in Florida. Find chevre, a soft spreadable goat cheese; chevre crumbles, great for salads or pizza; curds, a delightfully different uncured cheddar; feta, we have been accused of being Greek with a cheese straight from the "Old Country"; our version of Snøfrisk with garlic and our home grown organic chives, and many flavor topped cheeses from Bee Happy, a lavender chevre infused with lavender honey and garnished with home grown rosemary sprigs. Or our Layered chevre with sundried tomatoes and pesto, sprinkled with toasted pine nuts and the newest Fig 'n Nuts with fig butter and walnuts. Cheeses rotate with the seasons.
