We make every effort to source 100% naturally grown, organic, pesticide free and non-GMO ingredients from as local of producers as we can. We believe that the best wholesome ingredients with careful preparation make for an exceptional product. We also believe that sourcing closer to home not only contributes to the betterment of the product, but fosters synergy within the community - bringing the consumer closer to the farmer.

And our oven is on wheels! We serve handmade, wood-fired pizza at local events and on special occasions at the market!

Our flour is sourced from NC mills:
Carolina Ground (carolinaground.com): all southern-grown and organic wheat, rye and other grains, cold-stone-milled in Asheville.
Lindley Mills (lindleymills.com): they have been around since the American Revolution, providing 100% Certified Organic flours
