Georgia Siegfried
Georgia Siegfried has been handcrafting sterling silver jewelry since 2008. She designs and fabricates all of the jewelry she offers for sale. Georgia makes necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and rings. She embellishes the jewelry with gemstones, freshwater pearls, Swarovski crystals, and borosilicate lamp-worked beads. Georgia's husband Chuck makes jump rings, in various gauges and diameters, for her use in making chainmail jewelry. Her son, Michael assists with handcrafting, polishing, and applying professional-grade sealant.

Georgia uses 100% Argentium sterling silver. Argentium exceeds the standard required for hallmarking as sterling silver. Sterling silver is defined as a metal alloy consisting of 92.5% pure silver, mixed with 7.5% other metals, the most common being copper, which makes the silver harder. Argentium sterling silver is 93.5% pure silver that is alloyed with .5% germanium and 6% copper. The addition of germanium makes Argentium tarnish resistant., with a bright appearance.
