As a Photographer “I use cameras as tools to give life to my desire to create beautiful things which, when created, should be seen and used for the soothing of one’s eyes and the daunting of one’s mind.
Shereen adds, “I also find photographing flowers, water reflections, and architectural structures enjoyable, yet the overwhelming need to transform them into abstract or surrealist art is finally more appealing…I feel the need to see and experience things in ways that differ from the normal.”
I started Shereen's Images in 2004 as my Photography business for the purposes of photography services. In 2011 I opened an art gallery and managed it until 2014. It was during that time I found my inspiration to paint.
As an Artist I paint acrylics in Contemporary, Surreal, and Abstract form to evoke the feeling of fun, freedom, peace, and calm in the viewer and myself. I am continuing to exhibit my art though mobile art exhibits such as art markets and art events.
