Guardian ad Litem Program

The Guardian ad Litem Program is a state run volunteer based non-profit program that has been advocating for abused and neglected children caught up in the Dependency System for the last 40 years. We recruit and train volunteers to work together with our team to represent our children in Dependency court. Our volunteers are trained online and background checked at no cost to them. The volunteers main responsibility is to visit the child at least once a month and help gather information to make fact based recommendations to the dependency court. Our volunteers giving 6-10 hours per month can make a direct impact in the life of an abused or neglected child and can Change a Child's Story.
