I was a horse owner long ago and then in 1982 my oldest daughter, Kim got involved in 4-H with a dairy goat project. The rest is pretty much history. Since there were dairy goats, you had milk. I began selling the milk and making soap. I also raise piglets on the milk, an occasional veal calf and if any left the chickens enjoy it. I raise award winning Nubians which produce a rich, creamy milk with no strong taste. People can't believe how great the taste is. Occasionally I make yogurt which is nice and thick. Visitors are welcome by calling first.
