Glaze Confections is a brand new confections concept from professional pastry chef and Food Network star Briea Nathan. Glaze sells original takes on American classics, like loaded brownies & blondies, brown butter cookies with a smooth chocolate ganache center & dozens of XL French macarons in various flavor combinations just to name a few. All items are pre-packaged and labelled with all raw ingredients so you know exact what's in each bite. We have close to 100 different recipes in just 6 months of business - and the list is growing!

Owner Briea Nathan has had a diverse and experienced career from a young age. Having been trained by a world champion pastry chef and sugar artist from the age of 17, Briea has represented the USA producing confections at competition level, winning several gold medals. She has also competed on Food Network 10 times, having won the major TV show "Halloween Wars" in 2014. She appeared on the show a second time 3 years later.
In between competition and TV show appearances, Briea has worked at several high-end resorts in the Orlando area - such as the Waldorf Astoria, Loews Royal Pacific & Rosen Shingle creek among other confectionary positions in Orlando & Washington DC.
