EAT's Cheats was created by certified Nutritionist, Elizabeth Tiseo, to offer customers treats with a healthier twist. We are a home based Bakery in Aubrey, TX. All of our products are created with less sugar and all natural ingredients but with the same great taste as the classics. All of our products are gluten sensitive and some are dairy sensitive as well.

Hey y'all! Liz here! So, here is a little about me... I have been baking with my Mom since I was little and have always dreamed of opening my own bakery. Fast forward to the present, I am now 31 and extremely passionate about Health & Fitness. After years of coaching Crossfit/Nutrition, I decided to follow my childhood dream but with a twist. I have taken my passion for health and nutrition and combined it with my baked goods to bring you healthier treats. I hope EAT's Cheats will help people cure their sweet tooth in a way that does not discourage progress and encourages people to love what they eat without feeling guilty! I believe we should all feel good in the skin we’re in! We are all created so uniquely different and beautiful. Food is meant to nourish our body, but it can also nourish our soul. With my healthy twists on classic treats, we can do both! We only get one body and one life, so let’s enjoy it!
