It is our passion to help people by meeting one of their most basic needs: food. We meet this need by growing produce in our state of the art controlled environment greenhouses and the latest in all natural, aquaponic growing techniques. We specialize in growing organic, artisanal lettuce in 8 varieties, year round, in Florida. We carry the following Salanova in green and red; Butter, Oakleaf, Sweet Crisp, and Incised.
