Detroit Institute of Bagels

We are a bagel shop out of Corktown, Detroit that abides by (most) traditional bagel making standards. This means boiled and baked, which gives the bagel a chewy yet crisp texture. We also create some special varieties: rosemary sea salt and jalapeño cheddar.
