We bake our breads and baked goods in the old fashioned style. Our sourdough breads take 2 to 3 days to rise because we use no dough enhancers. This gives our products their unique taste and texture.
We only use wholesome, real food , like sea salt, raw cane sugar, olive oil, butter, nuts, seeds, etc.
No preservatives or colorants.
We have our own organic, non certified garden, so all the produce and fruit used in our soups, preserves etc are local, hand picked and processed by ourselves.
What we don’t grow, we buy from other local farms as much as possible
