Nyx A Scratch Baking Company

Nyx baking company is a business focused on using New York Sate grown and milled wheat. We seek to create creative baked items and have a small ready to eat menu featuring sandwiches using our baked breads. Our goods sold will be thoughtful, creative creations that will entice the mind and pallet. Selections of sweeter confections will also be available, featuring creative goods like muffins filled with peanut butter and jelly, and whatever else we are inspired to use based on what is available in that season. Nyx Baking is dedicated to sourcing locally whenever possible. We want our products to showcase New York State grains and for the additional flavors used in our products to be a reflection of the season we are in and what is grown and available to us in New York State.
