Boozy Moo!

Boozy Moo! was created as a pandemic pivot, as a means to stay afloat while my other business (The Yard - Hatchet House & Bar) remained shutdown because of COVID19. I started manufacturing Boozy Moo! at home, testing recipes and sharing the product with friends and family. I decided to move forward and build Boozy Moo! as a brand and business, and moved production to my kitchen at The Yard. Boozy Moo! is the Capital Region's only alcohol-infused ice cream. It is small batch craft ice cream, with unique flavors made from beer, wine, cider, or liquor. All flavors are capped at 5% ABV. Boozy Moo! also offers vegan and gluten free options. We have collaborated with a variety of local brewers, distilleries, and food artisans, such as Capital Distillery, Nine Pin, Chatham Brewery, What's Poppin' Gourmet Popcorn, and Sugar n Spice bakery.
