I have been a Registered Dietitian for over 20 years and just received my Culinary Nutrition Certification. I believe in whole foods, from scratch, local and organic. I have a passion for health and wellness and being able to help people. My mission is to provide eco-friendly home supplies and natural body products sourced locally or within the USA and to reduce our dependence on single-use plastics. I believe in using safe, chemical-free products and refilling existing containers to decrease the impact on the Earth.
