Benedettos is a restaurant that also has its own farm, the extra produce we don't use in the restaurant we use to make jar pickled okra, pickles, and candied Kumquats. We also grow specialty produce such as Purple and orange corn, Purple and yellow cauliflower, and also white and purple eggplant.
