I am a college student who loves to bake. I have worked for a year perfecting French macarons and other gluten free cookies and pastries. I work with my family in our gourmet home kitchen. I am so excited to share my creations with people who love the art of baking and who need gluten free desserts that don’t taste like they are gluten free.

I am college student majoring in psychology. I grew up baking and cooking with my mom. My grandmother and brother have celiac disease and they struggle to find desserts that taste good. About a year ago, I started trying to make macarons and I have finally perfected them. We have also perfected gluten free eclairs, cookies and cupcakes. We take great pride in offering delicious treats that allow everyone to indulge their love of sweets, especially those with food sensitivities.
