I’m a new farmer in the village of new Scotland. This is a small self-sufficient farm in the beginning stages. I would like to sell egg sandwich made from my chickens eggs. And then the following year I will introduce goat milk products such as goat cheese on the egg sandwiches as well as goat milk soap and other cheeses.

I’m a single dad raising two children, we have six chickens and one rooster on our Homestead. We’re trying to get our business established and I figured there’s no better way than at the local farmers market. I suffer from severe anxiety and being around the farm animals helps me more than any medicine I’ve ever had. In a couple months we will be getting to milking goats so that we can also have goat milk products available.
