Artisanal handmade pasta makers serving both fresh and packaged products. Serving breakfast Pasta Carbonara on a weekly basis at the farmer's market along with other specialty Italian street foods. Packaged products include packed fresh and frozen as well as dried pastas.

Production Practices
Dishes are made with local products such as local eggs, flour from a family-owned Mill in North Carolina, packaged pastas and sauces are made with local or even home-grown ingredients. The bacon and parmesan cheese in the carbonara are typically difficult to source locally.

Chris Cirenza started this company as a graduate student at Virginia Tech. His love for very regional specialty Italian dishes, local produce, and engineering experience allowed him to develop specialty pasta products of the highest quality.
