We handmake our family's recipe beef jerky. The jerky is hand-cut from solid strips of beef, not pressed and formed, and then marinated overnight for maximum flavor. They are placed in our dehydrators to cook for 8 hours, then we pack each bag by hand. You can taste the care we put into our jerky with every bite. We have 5 flavors including Pepper, Teriyaki, Sweet & Spicy, Original & Extra Spicy.

We have been making beef jerky for our family for years. Then we began making some for our friends and family who desired our jerky that was made with all the right spices for the best flavor outcome. Then the idea came that maybe we needed to share with the world and that is what we are trying to do!
