Nana's Ollas

Nana’s Ollas is a name that stems from my childhood, it pays homage to the Ollas (pots) of my
mother. In our community, there was always mole and frijoles (beans), along with my mom’s
chicken soup and cafe de olla (coffee from the pot) which included sweet piloncillo and ground
coffee. The foods I offer are authentic and artesanal - the tortillas for the quesadillas are
handmade, the sopes are handmade, and the salsa’s have the same authentic childhood taste
from my community in the mountains in Guerrero, Mexico. We use local ingredients and
eco-friendly materials. Our food is made with love and passion, from our community to yours!
