About
I make Grain, Gluten, and Dairy Free Baking Mixes. They are made with real food ingredients - no GMO's, preservatives, or modified ingredients. I developed them because I didn't like the texture and aftertaste of traditional gluten free foods. The mixes are Vegan and all the basic recipes and most of the additional recipes on my website can be made Vegan. The variety of mixes are Dark Chocolate Brownie, Blondie, Cracker, Bread & Pizza Dough, and Quick Mix.

The mixes are Home Produced. My home is Gluten Free and my mixing room is separate from the living area and is allergen free. All of the equipment used for the business has been only used in this business (bought new).
