About
Market Pops is a gourmet ice pop producer and mobile ice pop shop. We produce fresh, small batch popsicles in unique flavor combinations that appeal to the young and the young at heart. Our recipes use the best of the season’s produce, going straight from farm to freezer, with no artificial sweeteners or preservatives. All of our products are gluten-free, and many are vegan, allowing customers with food allergies or strict diet preferences to enjoy our products. We source as many ingredients as possible from local farmers and producers. Berries, stone fruit, melons, herbs, honey, maple syrup, and dairy are sourced from fellow vendors at Farmers Markets. Our coffee, tea, and chocolate are sourced from local businesses that roast and distribute these fair trade products.

Market Pops LLC is owned and operated by Heidi Nathanielsz. Ms. Nathanielsz currently works as the Chapter Director for Entrepreneurs’ Organization Capital District NY, a peer-to-peer learning and membership organization for leading entrepreneurs. Previously, she was a partner in another small business, Potato Playground (formerly Sweet Potato Prints) where she produced and sold a handmade baby and children’s clothing line that was featured on the Martha Stewart Show in September 2007. Ms. Nathanielsz is an accomplished home chef with training from the Culinary Institute of America’s food enthusiast programs. She holds an M.Ed. from Harvard University Graduate School of Education, and B.A. from Tufts University.
