Víctor & Mika’s Bakery Created in 2017 is a 100% vegan bakery including gluten-free and keto options. The family bakery is the first and only exclusive vegan eatery in Polk County created by Víctor Muñoz and Mika Altidor. Víctor and Mika support and promote animal advocacy, going green, and health. They love hearing from non vegans, “Wow! That tastes great, I can’t believe it’s vegan!”

Hi! We’re Víctor and Mika, your vegan bakers. Our usual day consists of making your vegan birthday cakes, catering your weddings and board meetings, baking sweet and savory foods, and receiving lots of hugs from dairy-free, egg-free, vegans, and non vegans.
