Julian is a sought after kid chef and entrepreneur who uses cooking as an outlet for creativity and independence. He is the Head Chef and Co-Founder of The Step Stool Chef which is dedicated to building kid confidence and inspiring kids to become leaders in the kitchen.
He has been featured in magazines, blogs, TV as well as selected to be the only kid chef to conduct live cooking demonstrations at notable food festivals, conferences and culinary events including the Baylor Hospital Celebrity Chef Cookoff, the Taste of Dallas, Taste of Addison and Taste of Irving. He was the 2019 Kid Spokesperson for the CEOKID Leadership Conference at Emory University and is the winner of Kid Business Competitions and Youth Entrepreneurship awards including a 2018 Young Entrepreneur of the Year award.
