Our shrub is a raw organic apple cider vinegar infused with whole fruits. You can use it to make healthy seltzers, cocktails, dressings, desserts, and more. Play around and have fun! We sure do.

Shrub Farm shrub preserves the finest fruits and herbs that Cascadia and Maui have to offer. Made in Bellingham WA in micro-batches, our shrub is flavorful, lively, and just a little bit feisty (we’ve been known to listen to Green Day while brewing up a batch).

We begin with Apple State Vinegar, a raw apple cider vinegar made from 100% organic, 100% Washington State, 100% delicious apples. Our vinegar is 6% acetic acid, which is 20% stronger than other brands. It has a seriously powerful living culture that aids in digestion.

We infuse the vinegar with whole fruits - and not just any fruits. We partner with organic farms in Maui and the Cascade foothills to support sustainable agriculture, as well as source the freshest, juiciest ingredients the land can grow.
And yes, in case you were wondering, Shrub Farm shrub is GMO-free, gluten free, vegetarian, raw (with the Mother of Vinegar), self-preserving, shelf-stable, and totally awesome.

One 16 oz bottle makes 32 refreshing, healthy drinks. It’s easy! Just mix one part shrub to 10 parts still or sparkling water. If you want, add a shot of vodka too!
