Carolyn's Toffee and More

I have enjoyed being in the kitchen ever since I was a little girl. One year in my early twenties my mother purchased each of her children a bag of homemade toffee, and my world changed. Every year from there on all we wanted around Christmas time was more TOFFEE! Then I finally stopped waiting for Christmas and tried my hand at making my own toffee. After some tweaking and perfecting not only have I been able to create the perfect toffee, I have also expanded on flavors and toppings.
