Sharp Blades RVA

Hey! My name is Matthew, I'm 28 years old, and here at Sharp Blades RVA, I am about offering great customer service and fantastic craftsmanship for you and your sharpening needs! If you live near the Museum District (the Art and History Museum area), you can drop your cutlery at my shop in the Museum District, Richmond, VA. I also offer my picked-up & delivery with my Pick-up/Delivery Service.

I offer the following services starting at $7/ea & up:
-Kitchen Knives (including some serrated knives)
-Pocket knives
-Gardening tools (Rose & Limb pruners, shovels, etc)
-Axes & Hatchets
-Straight Razors
-Blender blades and other kitchen tools

Pick-Up/Delivery Charge: $7.50 each way (within 10mi of Downtown Richmond, 23221).

BIO: I'm 28 years old and I grew up in a family of 7. Being taught by both parents to be a thinker and a doer, I've always found myself on the move. At the age of 14, my mom drove me to black-smithing lessons where I learned points of heat treatment and forgery.

I later learned to make knives and successfully made knives that were a pride and joy to me. I've traveled to multiple foreign countries including: Israel, Austria, Switzerland and across America.

After my travels, I began working on Volvo cars and became a Factory Certified Volvo Technician, ASE Certified (A1-5) and then moved to Audi where I continued to learn and work on European Cars. As of 2019, I’ve opened shop in downtown RVA – Sharp Blades RVA.
