This locally made elderberry syrup is made with only organic ingredients and locally sourced raw unfiltered non-GMO honey. Brewed to perfection in small batches to ensure quality and kid-friendly flavor. We only cold pour the honey into our syrup to protect the natural enzymes and phytonutrients found in the raw/unfiltered honey. Preserved with a natural preservative (trade secret) to make it shelf-stable until opened.
