Chef Gabrielle McBay, owner of Ellements Cuisine and Pastry Concepts, is a native of Dallas, Texas with over ten years of experience in the culinary industry. Now, as a nationally recognized chef and brand, Gabrielle has an extensive resume detailing high profile clientele and reputable brands including Lexus, Williams Sonoma, Neiman Marcus, Nike, Lincoln, and American Airlines. McBay is the author of her newest cookbook, “Peace, Love, and Good Food”, and has been featured in notable media publications including Food Network, Forbes Magazine, Black Enterprise Magazine, The New York Times, and ABC Family.
