About

What started out as a family custom and tradition and my love of cooking has turned into my business! Fresh, handmade authentic pierogi. Our pierogi are made with fresh ingredients and have no preservatives. They are boiled and then fresh frozen. Since these are made from an old family recipe, please know they are larger than your "typical" store bought pierogi. In addition, we also offer other traditional Polish dishes such as Golabki (stuffed cabbage), Haluski, Kapusta, etc.

I was born and raised in New Jersey. My grandparents emigrated to New Jersey from Poland in the early 1900s. To their credit, they taught me everything I know about Polish culture, food and tradition. I've made pierogi (and other Polish dishes) from as far back as I can remember. A couple of years ago, while making pierogi for Wigilia, many of my friends asked me to make some for them to share with their families, which I gladly did. Suddenly, people were asking me to make them on a very regular basis and that they would buy them from me. Since I love to cook, I was happy to do this for them. I told them that they didn't need to pay for them, however, they insisted and it turned into a hobby for me.

Fast forward a couple of years and I relocated to Florida. Around November, I was thinking about making pierogi for Wigilia again, as I've done my whole life. I thought back to how busy I became making the pierogi for friends back in New Jersey and figured I would try to see if I could sell them at a local farmer market. I started as a vendor in Summerport and, I could not keep up with the demand! What turned into a hobby has now become my full-time job. I love what I do and it's really cool because my husband works alongside me full time (and has become the "dough master".....my Grandmother would be so very proud) and my children help me as best they can. I have never worked harder in my whole life, but I have never loved what I do so much. I love to hear feedback from my customers and how much they love our product and am so very thankful for the continued support from our customers.
