I started Matt's Real Food after years of eating a plant-based diet and always struggling to find healthy, high protein, allergen friendly, vegan snacks that taste great. One day, after a long hike in the mountains of Wyoming, I was cooking my go-to meal of lentils and thought to myself, what if I could turn this incredibly nutritious food into an on-the-go snack. After months of endless testing, I came up with delicious crunchy snacks seasoned in flavors I've always loved.
