About

I create hand-crafted, artisan soaps using the cold process method, with all-natural ingredients. My soaps are plant-based (with the exception of goat-milk soap), and are made with ingredients like coconut and olive oils, shea, cocoa and mango butters, and natural, plant-based essential oils. I do not use fragrance oils or other synthetic ingredients in my soaps. During cold-process soap-making, soap is created in small batches and poured into a mold. For the next 24 hours, the mixture goes through a process called saponification, which turns the creation into soap. The "soap loafs" are then removed from the molds, measured and cut. Your soap then cures for a minimum of four weeks, is packaged and ready for you!

I accept custom orders, provided they can be made with all-natural ingredients. Do you have a favorite essential oil blend you would like to have in your soap? Just request it! Please note: due to soap creation and curing times, custom orders take approximately 5-6 weeks to ship.
I am inspired by Sunshine. (In fact, it’s my middle name.) I love creating natural products that are good for us, the environment, and our pets!

I live in sunny Southern California, and I like to make my own natural household and beauty products. I started making soap as a hobby, and quickly saw that I could never manage to use all the soap I wanted to make, and that sharing my soaps could become a fun business. I have two precious Maltese mix rescues whose antics keep me smiling. Because my two fur babies came from the streets, 10% of net profit from Sunshine Inspirations is donated to organizations that help homeless pets.

Sunshine Inspirations Soaps are hand-crafted with all-natural ingredients, using the cold process method. I do not use any fragrance oils or synthetic ingredients.
