At Riddle on the Griddle we make handcrafted Grilled Cheese sandwiches. Our fillings and combinations are unique and creative. We make our own whole grain bread. As our base cheese, we use a special blend of cheddar cheeses to maximize flavor and meltability. Other cheese are added to create distinctive tastes. Sauces are made from scratch.

There is something very nurturing and fun about feeding people good food. As former restaurant owners, we missed the biz. So in 2012, Riddle on the Griddle started vending as a tent at markets. In 2015, we bought our custom food trailer. We still love what we do!
